What is F&T?Flapjacks & Theology is a pancake-oriented think-tank based in Dunbar, WI.
It all began one fateful class-chapel, when four young theologues—Daniel Viezbicke, Anthony Diehl, Ben Gunderson, and Scott Cline—were sitting over a heap of flapjacks, talking theology. The question was posed, “Pancakes AND theology… does it get any better?” The unanimous conclusion was that it does not.
That this should be a regular event was apparent to all; so, with Bisquick in one hand and Bibles in the other, the four friends started a revolution. Adopting “Flapjacks & Theology” as their name, and “Table for Two” as their theme song, they gathered together the best and the brightest (and the hungriest), and set out to solve all the world’s problems.
History would remember what ensued as the great “Flapjack Revivals” of the 21st century.
